Mansol can offer spray dried glass powder ready for use in customers own tablet presses. We use a modern Niro ‘Atomiser’ for all our spray-dried powders. Our spray drier is constantly being maintained and updated to guarantee it always produces the desired powder a customer requires. Our powder has excellent free flow characteristics and also constant density. We can supply spray dried glass powder in both borosilicate and soda glasses. Most colours are available in our various types of material. The material particle size typically can range from 0.40-2.00mm depending on the application. We can produce batches from 25KG to 10 Tonnes in most materials.
